1. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Service

2.1. Permitted Uses

You may use BacklinkExchange.io to find potential link exchange partners, list your website(s) for link exchange opportunities, communicate with other users to propose and negotiate link exchanges, and track the status of your agreed-upon exchanges.

2.2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Spamming users with unsolicited requests or engaging in any form of harassment.
• Listing or promoting websites that contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or adult content.
• Misrepresenting your website's metrics (e.g., Domain Authority, traffic, niche) or the nature of your content.
• Attempting to exchange links that are low-quality, irrelevant, from link farms, or designed to manipulate search engine rankings in a way that violates search engine guidelines.
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the Service, scrape data, or interact with users, unless expressly permitted by us.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

2.3. Responsibility for Exchanges

You are solely responsible for the links you exchange and the agreements you make with other users. BacklinkExchange.io is a platform to facilitate connections and does not endorse or guarantee the quality, relevance, or permanence of any link exchanged. We encourage due diligence before agreeing to any exchange.

2.4. Link Tracking

Our platform includes a feature to track the status of exchanged links. While we strive to provide accurate tracking, this service is offered on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee against link removal, de-indexing by search engines, or changes made by your link partner. We are not responsible for links that are removed or de-indexed.

3. Fees and Payments

Access to browse and list on BacklinkExchange.io is free. A platform fee of $2.00 USD (two US dollars) applies for each successfully completed link exchange that is initiated and agreed upon through the Service. Fees are accumulated, and you will be billed once your total outstanding fees reach $10.00 USD (ten US dollars), equivalent to five successful link exchanges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our paid services, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or display on the Service (e.g., website details, link requests). By posting content, you grant BacklinkExchange.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BacklinkExchange.io and its licensors.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BacklinkExchange.io makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included thereon. We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, an increase in rankings, or the quality or responsiveness of link partners found through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BacklinkExchange.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BacklinkExchange.io and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
