1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BacklinkExchange.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BacklinkExchange.io provides a marketplace and tools that help website owners discover partners and facilitate mutually beneficial, relevant backlink exchanges. We also provide automated monitoring of exchanged links.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your website.
- You agree to only propose and accept exchanges that are editorially relevant and comply with search engine guidelines.
- You will not use the Platform for spam, manipulative schemes, or any illegal purpose.
4. Fees and Payments
Browsing, posting requests, and initiating contact is free. A platform fee of $2 applies per successfully completed link exchange (both parties have placed the agreed links and confirmed). We batch payments until your outstanding fees reach $10. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Link Monitoring & Alerts
Our automated monitoring is provided as a best-effort service. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that every link removal or de-indexing event will be detected instantly. You remain ultimately responsible for the health of your backlink profile.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacklinkExchange.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to changes in search rankings or loss of traffic.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
